Using the site
Tehillim Together is offered for personal use — saying Tehillim, tracking what you said, and running a group with people you invite. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people’s accounts, or use it to send unwanted messages.
Your account
Sign-in works through one-time links sent to your email address. Keep those links private; anyone with a link can access your Tehillim history until it expires.
Groups
A group admin is responsible for who they invite and for the name and description they publish. We may remove a group whose content is offensive or misleading.
Dedications
Dedications are voluntary contributions. Submitting a dedication does not create any commercial guarantee. Dedication text must be respectful and appropriate for a public Tehillim site; we may edit or decline a dedication.
Once a dedication has been published for its date it cannot be refunded. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will make it right where we can.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep dates, perakim and reminders accurate, but we are not liable for missed reminders, downtime, or any indirect loss arising from use of the site.
Disputes and arbitration
If something goes wrong, please contact us first through the contact page so we can try to resolve it informally. Most issues are settled this way within 30 days.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, with the arbitration seated in the State of New York. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Disputes are brought on an individual basis only. You and Tehillim Together each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective or representative action.
Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice through the contact page within 30 days of first using the site; opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
